All orders are FINAL, no refunds PLEASE make sure when placing your order, that you are ordering the correct size according to my turnaround time (4 weeks) ***CAUTION::: Items may contain small parts which can cause a choking hazard. Please do not leave children unattended when wearing or allow them to play with them. Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 4 weeks AFTER payment is received. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Note: this does NOT include shipping time. If you need your order in a RUSH, I will be glad to do so. I ask that you please contact me before you place your order. All rush orders will be charged a $10 fee. Shipping: Once your order is shipped, it typically takes 2-5 BUSINESS days to arrive to your destination. Items are shipped via USPS, first class mail. If you need it shipped a different way, please contact me, I will be happy to accommodate you in any way I can. Local Pickup: If you are local to Boca Raton, FL you have the option of picking up your order. You must pay the shipping charges given upon checkout and you will be refunded when you pick up your order. We will send you an email or contact you by phone as soon as your order is ready for pick up.. If your order is not picked up within 5 business days and you have not contacted me, your item will be mailed to you with no shipping refund. I cannot hold items for longer than 5 days. Coupons, Discounts, and Promotions: Like our Facebook Fan Page ( to stay up to date with our information on coupons, discounts, promotions, and free giveaways. Forms of Payment: At this time I only accept PayPal payments. PayPal is a trusted, secure credit card processor that accepts all major credit card, bank cards, and direct debit payments. All payments may be made through PayPal, even if you do not have an account with them. *PLEASE make sure that your mailing address is correct when placing your order. I will ONLY mail to the address provided by paypal. NO EXCEPTIONS. Product Details: All of my products are hand crafted in a pet-free and smoke-free home by ME ;) Returns/Exchanges: If you are not happy with your order, please contact me immediately so that I can make it right. Customer Service is my first priority and I am dedicated to making items you will love. Please also note, due to the custom nature of my products, no two items will be exactly the same. Ribbon, fabric, and embellishments will vary per item depending on their availability. If there is a defect in the product that is a mistake on my end, such as wrong item shipped, defective or broken parts, you must contact me with 5 days upon receipt of your item. If it is proven my responsibility, I will either replace the item, offer a full refund or a store credit valid for 6 months. Please be aware that I reserve the right to request return shipping (at my expense) and photo proof of the damaged item(s) in question. If proof is not provided, there will be nothing on my end that I will be able to do for you.


DISCLAIMER: All of our products can contain small parts such as rhinestones, elastic, tulle, beads, ribbons, felt, etc. which may pose a choking hazard to young children. Tulle, ribbon or elastic could cause strangulation if misused or if the child is left unattended. Our product packaging should not be used by children. Adult supervision is recommended when a child is wearing or playing with any product(s) purchased from Olivia's Girly Boutique. We deny responsibility for any harm or damage that occur incidental to any product of or related to Olivia's Girly Boutique.
